It has been too long since my last post!
This past weekend was pie making weekend and it turned out wonderful! I made a spiced apple pie with my own variation on pie crust, a maple-pumpkin pie which was my personal favorite with a gingersnap pie crust. They turned out really yummy and the appearance was nice as well. I now have to think of pie recipes for Thanksgiving and what I want to make over Christmas break!
