Autumn Cinnamon Applesauce

This recipe is SOO simple and worth the little trouble it takes to make!! A wonderful fall evening treat.

ingredients:

10 apples
3/4 C. water or apple juice
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1-2 tsps. agave nectar

Directions:

1. cut apples into fours and remove the skin and core of apples.

2. Place chunks of apples into saucepan and add water and agave nectar (Or just apple juice)

3. Simmer apple mixture over med-high heat for ~30 min.

4. Add cinnamon, optional 1 tsp. lemon juice, and stir

I especially like the larger chunks and small amount of sugar in this recipe. It tastes wonderfully sweet from the apples and could almost replace an apple pie craving! :)
