Balsamic Tomatoe, pesto and moza baguette

Pesto Ingredients

4 bundles fresh bail
2 Tbs. pine nuts
grated fresh parmesan cheese
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:

combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend and add according to taste.

Pesto, tomatoe, mozarella baguette Ingredients:

Fresh or store bought pesto
2 slices brandy wine or other tomatoe
2 slices fresh mozarella cheese
1 crusty baguette
1 Tbs. balsamic vinagarette
Salt and pepper
fresh basil leaves (Chopped)

Directions

1. Slice baguette and top with fresh pesto.
2. Top with mozarella and tomatoes.
3. sprinkle with balsamic vinagarette, salt and pepper.
4. add fresh basil leaves to garnish and enjoy
