I am going to my boyfriends place for Thanksgiving this year which is really exciting for me but I had no idea how upset my extended family would get!!! They are upset that I will not be coming home for Thanksgiving....probably because that means there will not be some weird pie or cheesecake dessert..lol My mom makes the best pies so everyone should be fine. I have been going to our traditional thanksgiving lunch all my life.....I am not afraid of change for once!! I look forward to experiencing how other families celebrate holidays....this will be my first holiday (On the correct date) away from my fam......I'm a little sad about that, and I am sure it will hit me on that day, but i look forward to making some yummy desserts and sharing a wonderful, Thankful meal with my wonderful bf and his amazing family. :)

I look forward to blogging my Thanksgiving treats. Right now, I'm thinking some sort of gingerbread cookie pumpkin pie with molasses chunk homemade ice cream. Stay tuned in for the posts post-turkey day.
