Gahh!!! I am mega busy tonight....no fun recipes for me, I will probably just heat up some of last nights Gnocchi....still good, maybe even better the second night...:) I am invited to a breakfast potluck and I have been dreaming of what to bring. This past weekend my boyfriend Lars and I picked an overabundance of apples and pears, so I think I will surprise you all with a delicious apple/pear/oatmeal muffin. That sounds like some fall yumminess!!!!!! I hope you stick around to enjoy that post Thursday evening! :)
